Creations and logos
The visuals, logos and graphic creations designed by Roka Concepts Itinérant remain the intellectual property of their author, unless a specific license agreement for use or partial transfer is agreed upon.
Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property
All elements created by Roka Concepts Itinérant, including logos, visuals, illustrations, designs, graphic compositions, mock-ups, photographs and original creations — remain the exclusive intellectual property of their author, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Code and the provisions in force in Switzerland and Europe.
None of these creations may be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or exploited without prior written permission from Roka Concepts Itinérant.

Licenses and usage permissions
In some cases, a user license may be granted to the client.

Source and editable files (e.g. vector formats, creation files) remain the property of Roka Concepts Itinérant, unless otherwise stated in the contract or invoice.
Custom orders and usage rights
When a customer orders a logo, illustration or any other personalized visual, they receive the right of use corresponding to the agreed use (for example: printing on textile products, display, visual communication).
This right:
does not allow modification of the image without prior agreement.
does not transfer the intellectual property rights to the work,
does not allow reproduction beyond the defined framework (number of copies, media, period, etc.).
Any extended use, modification or commercial exploitation not initially intended must be subject to a license amendment or new authorization.
Right to one's image and respect for individuals
In the context of photographs, videos or publications featuring people, Roka Concepts Itinérant is committed to respecting image rights and not using any visuals without explicit consent.
Similarly, clients are required to respect the image rights of the people depicted on the creations or materials produced by Roka Concepts Itinérant.
Credits and author mention
Any public dissemination or publication of a work produced by Roka Concepts Itinérant (print, communication, press, web, etc.) must include the following statement, unless otherwise agreed:

Delivery by post to your home within 3 to 5 business days, for Roka Concepts items

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Returns and exchanges
You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be new, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refund
After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued within 3 business days, using the same payment method as the original order.
Exchanges
